El Paso, Texas, Summary Under the direction of Network Marketing Director, develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication programs directly applied with strategic initiatives as established by the administration team and network marketing director. Such programs will encompass proactive promotion of the facility, service lines, employed physicians as well as responding to media relations. In charge of maintaining social media and websites. When appropriate will perform duties as assigned. Ability to assist with other marketing and public relation initiatives including advertising, employee communications, and event coordination. Ability to work with external vendors. Qualifications: Education Required: Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business or relevant major. Required Licenses/Certifications BS in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations. Current driverâ??s license and proof of automobile insurance. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strategic Development: Understand marketing principles, develop and contribute to strategic marketing plan. Write and contribute to strategic development and keep abreast of healthcare industry. Manage day to day, ensuring time and budget facilitate internal meetings. Four years public relations/marketing experience in healthcare related field preferred. Organization Excellent written and oral skills Working knowledge of personal computers and software including WordPerfect, Lotus, Excel, Microsoft Word and Access. Experience with Social Media Experience with video filming production Excellent communication and people skills.
