San Antonio, Texas, Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing large and/or complex marketing/communication projects including market research and assessment, plan creation, tactical implementation and reporting for multiple service lines. Responsibilities The Managerâ??s job responsibilities include: Meet with clinical leaders and administrators to identify competitive advantages and program attributes. Develop campaign messaging and tactical plans. Collaborate with regional team and outside partners to develop campaign assets. Collaborate with regional team in the utilization of organizational tools for customer relationship management and marketing automation in the implementation of targeted marketing activities and campaigns. Create content for multi-channel marketing and communications vehicles. Plan and oversee operation of seminars, health fairs and other patient engagement events. Ensure all materials are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Foster positive relationships with the media. Serve as organizational spokesperson as needed. Implement social media activities as needed. Maintain consistent results reporting on initiatives Qualifications: Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent Preferred: Masterâ??s degree Experience Required: 5 years of demonstrated progressive experience and responsibility for communications, brand management, and public relations with a strong understanding of the business needs and competitive challenges of the industry (relevant to health care industry preferred) PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Healthcare industry.
