Westby Associates, Inc. is a regional consulting firm assisting nonprofit organizations to think and act more strategically. We are looking for a full-time fundraising professional to join our team as an Associate with a solid background in all aspects of nonprofit development. A strong candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a development director with demonstrated successes in major gift cultivation and solicitation, special event coordination and execution, grant/proposal writing, corporate giving, budgeting, and campaign management. As an Associate, this person will work alongside CEO and President Mike Westby on multi-faceted and highly strategic campaigns throughout the Pacific Northwest. Proficiency in MS Office a must and experience with capital campaigns highly desired.
